It's been a long time i didnt blog.Today is Mother's Day,but we nt going to celebrate today becoz we had celebrated yesterday.All my dear cousins came my granny hs and celebrated.They ordered some buffet and my mum prepared steamboat..What's a miss was that there was no champaign.Oh my dear cousin had forgotten to buy it.

Life in school has really exhausted me out.We've been clocking in at 8am and 6pm everyday for this past 3 weeks..More overtime to come..We also undergo training and obey stupid rules.Plus a hell TSO who keep trying to make things tough for us.

There are times whereby lecturers jokes with us and thats really the time where both of us are distressed.

We have started on our project this week.Up till now we have isolated the real pathogenic bacteria DNA and will be doing Dna quantitaion tml..So by tuesday we will be going to run the gel on 8 different isolates of S.maltophilia on 1 pair of primers..Well this is jus the begining..We are given 50 isolates of S.maltohilia and we are required to do them on 7 different pair of primers.So let's see ya....50 S.maltophilia*14 primers=720 centrifuge tubes...Cool ya..

We have also changed in our teachnique for strain typing of the bacteria to VNTR..A more easier method than AFLP..Mr Tai really blur man..Everytime he came and visited us..WE have a chat on the project and everytime he give a blur face..I wonder he know what we are going to do or not?How he going to asses our project sia..But i am relieved he say that we no need to come out anything by june..as long as we completed our schedule and experiment on time..SO less stress already..
